What's included in the course fee?
The course fee is $900 and includes engaging lectures led by our expert dentists, along with lunch provided on the day. You’ll also be able to enjoy a selection of complimentary activities, such as pickleball and sunset yoga, designed to make the experience both educational and relaxing.
In addition, there are optional add-on activities available should you wish to further enhance your experience, as outlined in the schedule. Please feel free to choose any that interest you.
What about flights and accommodations?
For flights, you may wish to arrange your booking independently through your preferred airline at your convenience.
For accommodation, you are welcome to book directly with The Apurva Kempinski Bali via their website. Alternatively, you might like to consider Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort, which is conveniently located approximately a 10-minute drive from The Apurva Kempinski Bali.
What type of visa can I apply for?
If you are travelling from a country that requires a visa to enter Indonesia, you may wish to arrange this independently in advance of your trip to ensure a smooth arrival.
In most cases, a standard tourist or holiday visa should be sufficient for attending the retreat, as it covers short-term stays for leisure and related activities. We would recommend checking the latest visa requirements specific to your nationality, as these can vary.

Dr. Jonathan is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the Australian Dental Association (ADA), the International Team of Implantologists (ITI), the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry (ASID), the International Congress of Oral Implantologist (ICOI), and is the Federal President of the Australasian Osseointegration Society (AOS).

Dr Alex graduated in 2012 and maintains a busy dental practice as Perth’s expert cosmetic dentist and implant surgeon. Dental implants and same day full arch treatment typically make up most of his bread and butter daily routines.
Dr Alex has attended implant dentistry training courses and residencies all over the globe. This includes a Master Clinician program in Implant Dentistry gaining certification from the Global Institute for Dental Education and Loma Linda University in California.
Dr Alex’s passion for All on X full treatment has led him to team up with Dr Jonathan Ng in developing Malaysia and Singapore's most comprehensive and premier dental full arch implant training residency.

Dr Sam Koh

Dr Sam Koh is a world-renown Melbourne-based cosmetic dentist, lecturing and speaking both locally and overseas about cosmetic dentistry, digital dentistry and orthodontics.
Having lectured and personally taught to well over 2000 dentists from all over the world, he has also mentored over 25 dentists within his own clinics to take the next step in their cosmetic dentistry. He therefore brings a wealth of in-depth knowledge in the space of teaching and mentoring others in the craft of dental cosmetics and porcelain veneers.
His unique teaching style offers insights well past those of just scientific literature and articles, offering clear, precise and practical steps in dentist’s learnings so they are able to take away tips and insights to use straight away in their clinical practice. There is no fluff or padding – just genuine insights and every day learnings over his clinical experience, beyond just typical textbook and fundamental learnings.
Dr Koh is a KOL and clinical advisor for several dental companies including Colgate Optic White, 3Shape, Kerr and ClearCorrect.
Dr Jessica Miu
Dr Jessica Miu was born and raised in Brisbane, Australia, and has built a strong clinical and academic foundation in dentistry. She graduated with Honours from the University of Queensland and has since pursued extensive postgraduate training in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and implantology, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Orthodontics from the City of London Dental School (UK).
Dr Jessica has a special interest in facially driven orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry, with a focus on achieving balanced, natural, and functional outcomes through comprehensive treatment planning.
She is a Key Opinion Leader for ClearCorrect, a globally recognised clear aligner system, and is appointed to educate and mentor dentists across Australia through advanced clinical education programs.
Her expertise also extends to implant dentistry. Dr Jessica holds a Graduate Diploma in Dental Implantology and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI), reflecting her advanced training and commitment to excellence in complex restorative care.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr Jessica and Jonathan co-founded Source Education, an institute dedicated to delivering immersive seminars, workshops, and mentorship programs for dental professionals across Australia and internationally.
Dr Yu-Yao Teoh
BDSc (Hons), MPhil, DClinDent (Endo)
Dr Yu-Yao Teoh, or simply “Yao” to his patients, obtained his dental qualification with honours from the University of Queensland in 2014. During his undergraduate study, he was awarded the Vardiman Dental Study Association prize for highest clinical marks.
